I am an AI researcher and machine learning engineer focused on deep learning, 3D geometric reasoning, and artificial intelligence for complex spatial problems.

My academic path began with two BSc degrees pursued simultaneously: a BSc in Biochemistry and a BSc in Informatics Engineering. This combination allowed me to develop complementary perspectives on biological systems, computation, and engineering. I later completed an MSc in Data Science and Engineering, where I specialized further in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

During this time, I began conducting research at LARN, a research group within CISUC, under the supervision of Prof. Joel Arrais. My work has focused on deep learning, generative models, computer vision, and 3D geometry, with computational drug design and molecular modeling serving as the main application domains. In particular, I am interested in developing AI systems that can learn from structured spatial data and reason about complex three-dimensional biological systems.

Although much of my research so far has been applied to drug discovery, my broader interests extend to other areas involving 3D understanding and spatial perception. I am particularly interested in future work involving computer vision, autonomous navigation, and 3D mapping, while continuing to explore applications in molecular modeling and computational drug design.

Outside research, I enjoy electronics and hardware projects, occasionally play basketball, and previously competed in the International Biology Olympiad.
